No WI but photos....

I didn't make WI last week cos I was at the farm with work, and this week I'll be in Hampshire and there doesn't seem to be a suitable meeting around - damn it.

a new chapter a new blog

Hey all,

Since he and I split I didn't want to use my old blog as he knows it, wanted to start afresh so here I am.

For those who don't know my journey I started WW in Feb 2004 weighint 16s 2.5lbs.

I currently weigh 12s 5lbs.

Sometimes I see the difference, sometimes I can't.

Since Jan 08 I've lost 10lbs and that's when I started going to meetings, i'm now a monthly pass member.

And in the last year I've lost 1s 1lb.

Still downwards is all that matters, I think 10stone is my target weight and I'm finally enjoying fitting into smaller clothes having got rid of a loada bags a few weeks ago.

And more recently - now I'm single I've had no appetite and spent the first couple of weeks barely eating, not I'm a bit better but I'm not comfort eating so I guess that's good. Trouble sleeping remains and my routine both in terms of food and exercise has gone outta the window. We used to eat quite healthily and he was a great support and motivation, the best understanding partner I've had in terms of WW I think. I also did most of my exercising at his house, as there's no room at home to do it, we also did a body combat class on saturdays.

Anyway - enough of the past - looking to the future. I'm moving into my own place in september and hopefully that will help cos
1) i'll be too skint to afford to eat
2) i can eat when I'm at work nannying and that's normally quite healthy
3) i can walk to and from work which is added exercise
4) i'll have my own front room so I don't need to share the TV with anyone and hopefully can get in a routine to do my DVDs
5) there's a gym near work so hopefully I can go to that once a week or something/depending on money
6) there's a WW group there so I can go there weekly and once settled maybe stay for the meeting rather than wi and run
7) i'll be in control of what's in the fridge/freezer/cupboards

So lets see.

This week I lost 1/2lb - which I'm a bit disappointed with as I've been ever so good - but my sleep is still buggered up and apparently that doesn't help.

Lets see what happens this week.
